Blended and Virtual Student Meal Order Form
Sylacauga City Schools students who are learning from home through Blended or Virtual options may order breakfast and lunch meals for curbside pickup. Parents will need to complete this form by 2:00 p.m. the day before pickup.
Meals can be picked up from the back kitchen door between 12:00 - 12:30 p.m. the day of service.
Only students enrolled in Sylacauga City Schools are eligible for meals. All Paid students must have a balance of at least $10 in their meal account, and Reduced students must have a balance of $5. The cost of the meals will be deducted from the account balance when the order is placed. Families are encouraged to use PayPams to manage their child's account.

If ordering meals for children enrolled in different schools, you can pick up all meals from one location. Call the cafeteria number of your oldest child's school to make arrangements.
